The content of this thesis is the design layout and construction of the building of new fire station in South Moravian Region. It is an object split into two interconnected parts: administrative - two-storey, basementless garage for trucks - single-storey, basementless The object is used to perform the services of eight firefighters per shift and one full-time worker. Architecture was chosen so that the object is functionally meet the requirements of firefighters on duty at both organizational (work on PS) and at the operational (exit) procedure. The building is covered with a flat roof, attic walled building on the peripheral wall with white facade and symbols accentuating the purpose of the building. The inner workings of the object are designed to meet the performance demands of service 24ti - hour shifts. The building is brick, based on the footings and load distribution base. The roof structure is made of reinforced concrete load-bearing concrete slab with heat-waterproofing layers classical arrangement of layers. The building is insulated ETICS. This - the operational part is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the south-western part of the building, single-storey garage built for trucks in the northeastern part.
Design of an Universal Fire Robot

The topic of this master thesis is conceptual design of firefighting robot. The thesis shows alternative approach to designing robot in comparison with other current designs. The final product is quadrupedal robot, which can either walk or move on tracks. Robot is designed for indoor and outdoor firefighting.
Analysis of the activities of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region - Opava Territorial Department

Title: Analysis of the activities of the Fire rescue service in the Moravian - Silesian region (Opava regional department). Objectives: Analysis of the activities of the Fire rescue service in the Moravian - Silesian region (Opava regional department) for the period 1. 1. 2017 - 31. 12. 2019. They are corps of the category JPO I: Hlučín, Opava and Vítkov. Methods: Data collection in cooperation with an internal worker of the Fire brigade of the Moravian - Silesian region - Territorial department Opava and searches of available sources. Analyzes were performed for each unit separately according to the type of events in individual years, followed by a comparison between individual years. Results: The results of the diploma thesis are a description of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Moravian - Silesian Region (Territorial Department of Opava) and an analysis of the activities of free selected unit of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Mioravian - Silesian Region (Territorial Department of Opava) in 2017 - 2019. Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance

Title: Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe factors of motivation for firefighter's service performance and to further analyze them. Methods: Methods used to obtain information and data are: Survey, analysis of printed, internet and legislative documents sources. Results: Description of individual factors of firefighter's motivation and their analysis in questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey confirm that the main factors of firefighter's service performance are the team, assistance to people and the process of service. This is mostly internal motivation, which is process oriented not goal oriented. It has been confirmed that the work of a firefighter is more of a lifestyle than work despite a strong mental and physical burden and its consequences. Key words: Fire department, Emergency service, volunteer firefighter department, factors, motivation.

The Ideal of Firefighter and The Ideal of Supervisee - do they endure?

Mgr. Jana Majzlíková - Ideál hasiče a ideál supervizanta - snášejí se? ABSTRACT The work focuses on the question whether it is appropriate to the environment work with firefighters to implement supervision and, if so, how. For this purpose, the work compared the ideal of firefighters, what firefighters have themselves, and the ideal of supervisee what have supervisors, and examined their mutual compatibility. The research design was based on a qualitative approach. The data obtained from interviews with firefighters, supervisors, and from the focus group with firefighters were analyzed using analysis of qualitative data (open coding, thematic analysis). First, research has shown that the ideal of firefighters dominates gratitude for their work and willingness to help others. There is experience in supervision and open sharing stories about clients in the first place of the ideal of supervisee. Next, in both cultural ideals in addition include a common interest in people, understanding for others, tolerance, responsiveness to the needs of clients and people affected by a critical incident, empathy, empathic listening, interest in discussion and accessibility to the opinions of others. In both studied cultural environments courage is also appreciated. The supervisee must have the personal bravery "have skin...
